Come to Rock Bottom Ranch this spring to experience a day in the life of a rancher. Care for the ranch animals, help get the garden ready for the growing season, and take charge of egg collecting. Once your chores are done, head out onto the preserve to explore the far reaches of the wetlands.

Come stretch your legs AND artistic muscles during a day of ranch-themed art projects and exploration. We will work with different materials and techniques as we create works of art based on our own observations.

Fungus, Bacteria, Invertebrates, Oh MY! Head deep into Rock Bottom Ranch's wildlife preserve to solve nature’s mysteries. Decomposers, tracks, scat - these are only a few things that you will be searching for to tell the story of the ranch. Don't miss this exciting day of adventure!

Come to Rock Bottom Ranch to explore the fascinating world of regenerative agriculture. From farm chores to planting, harvesting and cooking local food, participants become comfortable on the ranch, and with food preparation outside and in the kitchen. Participants will help to prepare for the growing season and get to eat some of their food creations.

This spring break, ACES will be offering Spring Ranchers Camp March 27-30 from 9:30am-12:30pm at Rock Bottom Ranch for kids currently enrolled in grades K-4. Come to Rock Bottom Ranch to explore life on the ranch as a naturalist and steward. From regenerative agriculture and ranch activities to ecological investigations and explorations, every day will bring something new!
Participants will be outside for the duration of the program with limited indoor time.
